Deleting your Online and Mobile Banking Access
Citizens First Bank values your privacy. If you would like to delete your Citizens First Bank online banking access, please call us at 352-753-9515 during the hours shown below.
Monday - Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Important information to note:
- Your online banking access will be deleted within 72 hours following your request.
- After your online banking access is deleted, you will no longer be able to log in to online banking system or our mobile banking app.
- All account transaction history will remain in our main system for as long as your accounts are open, but all online banking and mobile banking data will be deleted.
